⏰️It's been a while since the last kitchen update and people have been asking "Is it done yet?" So here's an update!

- The restoration company removed all of the laminate but only 75% of the tile/linoleum during the first remediation. This was a mistake by them.
- Insurance only budgeted for replacing 1/3 the cabinets and 1/2 the floor. After 3 weeks of fighting they're now covering everything.
- The resto company came back this week to take out the rest of the tile/linoleum.
- 3 more days spent in a hotel.
- We can now move ahead with the rebuild.

It has been a long battle, but we're looking forward to the rebuild! Stay tuned for more updates. 😀
