Huge congratulations to John & Tammy on the purchase of their stunning Shuswap lakefront home with poolside views and plenty of room for family, friends, boating adventures, hiking days, and a little recreational golf club abuse now and then. 😂⛳️

Customer service has always been very important to me, both when I go out looking for some, and especially when people look to me for it. I may not be the busiest REALTOR® in the Shuswap, but my clients are happy 😊 I will take care of them, and the rest will take care of itself!

🧡 Many of you know that I worked at Sunnybrae Vineyards & Winery for 10 years before I became a REALTOR®. I still get out there every year to help bottle or harvest and I hope to always do so. Going from the Vineyard to handing over keys to a new home on the same day was a real treat! Bill 14, which made changes to the Residential Tenancy Act that came into effect on July 18, 2024, raised concerns when using the rules in real transactions.
