Hey, it’s me! Here’s your Shuswap market update for November ↓
📊 The latest numbers are in, and the Shuswap/Revelstoke region saw 51 home sales in November, totaling $35M in dollar volume. Both the number of sales (–7.3%) and total volume (–18.8%) eased compared to last year, reflecting a softer pace heading into the winter season.
Inventory remains steady with 509 active listings, while new listings jumped 42.9%, giving buyers more options than they’ve had in recent months.
Locally, Salmon Arm continues to show strong stability overall, with average home prices sitting in the mid-$700K range & consistent interest across single-family homes, acreages, and lifestyle properties.
