2025 was a tough year in the Real Estate world. We had incredibly low numbers of sales on Salt Spring Island.

But with every cloud there is a silver lining (sorry for the bad pun).
I am honoured to receive the MLS Silver Award for Sales Achievement from the Victoria Real Estate Board.

Real estate is about so much more than numbers — it’s about people, homes, and major life decisions. Being trusted to guide clients through buying and selling what is often their largest asset is something I never take lightly.

The Salt Spring Island real estate market is currently slow — and we’re not alone. This trend is being seen across the country.

What a day! First time to do a client appreciation party here on Salt Spring Island. I used to host them in Vancouver which was lots of fun. Daina Deblette of Ocean Arts Studio https://m.facebook.com/oceanartstudio/ guided us through a painting. I have to say I was nervous of having people come to my place and nervous what no one would come. But it was a fun afternoon.
