Sarnia Canada Day Schedule
📍 Canatara Park Festivities (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM): Featuring a Handmade Vendor Market, multicultural food booths, face painting, inflatables, a Top Shot hockey zone, and the Canada Day Drumming ceremony
🇨🇦 Sarnia Canada Day Parade (11:30 AM): Kicks off at Colborne Road & Lakeshore Road, marching straight into Canatara Park!
🎶 Canatara Bandshell Live Music (12:30 PM – 4:00 PM)
Opening ceremonies, a free cupcake giveaway, the Lambton Concert Band, and multicultural performances.
Centennial Park Waterfront (6:00 PM – 10:30 PM): Extreme Dog Stunt Show, strolling buskers, local food vendors, and live music on the Agora Stage from The Infinite, Rumble Fish, and Brothers Wilde.
Sarnia Fireworks 2026 (10:00 PM): The annual fireworks display lights up directly over Sarnia Bay! 🚌 Transit Tip: Take the FREE Sarnia Transit shuttles running every 30 minutes from Northgate Terminal to both parks.

Petrolia Canada Day Events (All-Day Family Fun)
🎣 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Kids Fishing Derby at Bridgeview Park
🥞 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Canada Day Breakfast at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 216
🕵️♂️ Morning: Downtown Family Scavenger Hunt & free YMCA swims
⚾ 1:00 PM & 1:30 PM: Petrolia Raiders hardball and the highly anticipated Black Top Baseball game at Greenwood Park
🏰 3:00 PM Onward: Bouncy castles, games, face painting, food trucks, and a Beer Garden at Greenwood Park
🛏️ 4:00 PM: The famous Petrolia Canada Day Bed Races!
🎸 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM: "Rock the Park" live music featuring The Action Figures, The Night Circus, Rock Steddy, and The Justin Bacchus Band
🎆 Petrolia Fireworks (at Dusk): Happening at Greenwood Park (Free shuttles start at 6:00 PM).

Forest Kiwanis Canada Day Celebration
📍 Where: Esli Dodge Conservation Area
🍔 5:00 PM: Gates open with inflatables, children's games, and local food trucks (Stutt's Food Truck, Optimist BBQ, Jana & Scoops Ice Cream, Kiwanis Popcorn)
🎶 6:00 PM: Live music on "The Island" stage featuring Tracey Vaessen, ConArtist, Excelsior Band, Robb Sharp Band, and The Elder Brothers
🎟️ Support Local: Drop a donation or buy a 50/50 ticket at the gate to support the Forest Firefighters Association's community fireworks fund
🎆 Forest Fireworks: Grand finale fireworks display over the conservation area at dark
Grand Bend Canada Day Fireworks & Concert
📍 Where: Grand Bend Rotary Community Stage & Main Beach
🏖️ 2:00 PM – 9:50 PM: Live beachside concerts rocking the Rotary Stage all afternoon and evening
🇨🇦 9:55 PM: National Anthem performance
Grand Bend Fireworks (10:00 PM): Watch Southwestern Ontario’s largest Canada Day fireworks display right from the Main Beach sand or by boat out on Lake Huron! (Rain date: July 2nd)
