When I first met these wonderful sellers, they remembered me as the little girl who used to be friends with their daughter over 30 years ago. Life had taken us in different directions, and we hadn't seen each other since. What started as a listing appointment quickly turned into a reunion and, over the months, a friendship I'll always cherish.

Since 1993, this beautiful Bright's Grove home has been filled with love, memories, and an incredible sense of pride of ownership. When it came time to sell, finding a family who would appreciate and enjoy the home as much as they had while raising their own family was incredibly important to them. I'm so happy we were able to make that happen.

A huge congratulations to my amazing first-time homebuyer on securing her very first home! 🎉

From the moment we met, I saw so much of myself in her. Working two jobs—her full-time career and waitressing on the side—to save for a down payment, she never lost sight of her goal of homeownership.

With a tight budget, we explored a lot of options. We viewed homes that needed extensive work, homes in less-than-ideal locations, and everything in between.
