This has happened to my best friend who has put years of blood, sweat and tears into Detroit Metro. It is unbelievable how people will stoop to such a low level. Please share and let’s get Detroit Metro back on track.

Attn: All Sarnia Businesses & Clientele
On behalf of Detroit Metro Shuttle Service Inc. we are reaching out to inform the public immediately regarding the actions that have been taken against our company of 16 plus years serving Sarnia, Ontario and the surrounding areas. We need your support.
The fraud and dishonesty that has occurred under the business while being operated by two former, trusted managers is unfathomable and has continued relentlessly since they’re parting.
Detroit Metro Shuttle Service Inc. has been completely sabotaged in the most unethical and immoral way that we have NO choice but to speak out and ask the public for their support in this difficult time. Nonetheless, stand against individuals that conduct themselves in this way in our community and operate businesses in this manner.
It’s been discovered that these individuals were planning the demise of Detroit Metro Shuttle Service Inc. for months while working under the business before making their exit to start a competing company. Including nothing short of the following:
-Transferring ALL company contacts/clientele while working under Detroit Metro. (This has taken 16 plus years to accumulate and establish)
-Initially left Detroit Metro with no access to phones, voicemail, scheduling/calendar or a list of current employees to contact.
-Withheld a compiled list of our large companies credit card information for pre-paid reservations.
-Demanded the owner of Detroit Metro not to contact certain employees as they were allegedly on board to work for the new company and that they were employees of their own moving forward.
(This is while still working and being in possession of Detroit Metro company vehicles, credit cards, office keys, cell phones, and one of the individual was out on the road doing trips with Detroit Metro clientele in the vehicle).
-Wiping phones clear before handing them over and checking with other employees to follow suit.
-Removed all content from our page
-Continuously logging into/accessing emails even after we have tried to remove any unknown devices/changed passwords desperately.
-Refused to give Detroit Metro passwords for debit/visa terminals to operate and receive payment from customers.
-Tracked new device logins from these individuals to their home addresses.
-Clients confirming they were contacted within minutes of their reservation with Detroit Metro to take a different Shuttle.
-Loss of major companies in the plants/chemical valley that Detroit Metro has served for years and have been unable to reach or explain the circumstances.
-Reported to the owner of Detroit Metro while still working for them that a crucial contractor had gone on strike and that there was no longer any business from them and when contacting this company they confirmed that it was completely untrue and that they have been sending business all along. Calls/reservations were being declined. An attempt for Detroit Metro to loose this contractor entirely before they left.
-Upped Detroit Metro pricing on website prior to their exit and emerging their new company with lower pricing.
-Telling our major industrial/chemical companies that we have gone under and are no longer in service.
-Daily emails from customers asking if we are no longer in service or are operating under a new name as they were contacted several times.
-Drivers of DM have been scheduled and dispatched on trips to Detroit Airport for client arrivals that weren’t located and when finally reached they were already picked up and were in the other companies vehicle not knowing it wasn’t Detroit Metro.
-Continuous malicious and unethical behaviour including putting their flyers/ads at the owner of DM home address and families.
-Discovering atrocious messages between these individuals while still working under Detroit Metro laughing at the demise of the company and plan to take it under entirely.
-Recently updated their link online to be called “Detroit Metro Shuttle” and when clicked takes you directly to their website which was later changed.
This is a minimal list of the actions/behaviours that have occurred against Detroit Metro Shuttle Service in the last month.
Detroit Metro Shuttle Service is working desperately around the clock to try to save their family owned & run company. We ask that you please be aware and kindly support us during this time. The damage and loss that has occurred is devastating. As a community, we hope to stop individuals from getting away with such dishonourable and incriminating behaviour.
*Legal action has been acquired and Sarnia Police were contacted.
We are still open & running and ready to service any of your reservation needs. We do NOT go by the name of “Sarnia Shuttle Service” or have any association with this business. Please be aware while making reservations.
