June’s Sarnia-Lambton market showed that buyers still have plenty of choice, while sellers need to be sharp on pricing, condition, and presentation.

One thing buyers should not overlook right now is the potential HST relief on qualifying new builds. Depending on the home and the buyer’s situation, it could mean real savings and make a new build more attainable than people expect.
