New mortgage stress test rules!

The qualifying rate for residential mortgages with a down payment of 20 per cent or more will rise to the contracted rate plus 200 basis or 5.25 per cent, whichever is higher.

***MARKET REPORT***
Saskatoon’s real estate market has been busy!
37.9% more homes sold compared to last January.

Let’s break it down.

🏠279 single family homes have been sold since January 1st. An increase of 36.8%.

🏢52 apartment style condos have sold. An 8.3% increase.

🏘107 townhouses sold. Which is 41% higher than January 2020!

386 homes have sold in Saskatoon.
Now is the time to sell.
