That's a wrap!! Possession day finally came for two of the absolute greatest clients to work with. So patient, so kind, and so excited to have their first home! After months in the making, I was able to hand over the keys to a very happy couple. You might not be able to tell it's the end of April with all that snow on the ground, but by the weekend they will be riding that lawn mower and cutting 1.5 acres of green stuff.

I'm usually the one giving gifts on the big day, but these two surprised me with a little care package that will keep us fed for days! The best part of this job is getting to meet and work with the best kind of people. Enjoy your new home Bryce and Amber, you deserve it!

Legend status. Congratulations to one of my best friends in the whole world on the purchase of his first home. We have shared a million memories, and I don't know if we can ever top our road trip to Glidden, but this is up there! Couldn't be happier for this guy and all the good he has going for him. This was one of my biggest deals to date, for so many reasons. I had the privilege to sell my good friend his first house 5 years ago, I've watched his family grow, and I've seen them create so many memories. Life happens fast and some changes were needed. We spent over a year looking at homes, driving countless hours to view, some bad luck, some good luck, and even an Easter Sunday supper together. After all that, we found the perfect house for a growing family to call home. 2 trailers and 5 loaded vehicles later, and we had them ready to start embracing their new chapter. Another one for the books! This one was a true pleasure. I helped my good friend buy this beauty 5 years ago, and now I had the privilege to sell it for him while upgrading his amazing growing family to the house of their dreams! Beyond thankful they trusted me with the process. This one was a doozy and included a few other deals in the process which put my skills and knowledge to the test, but we crushed it! We even got over asking price 😉
