Another substantial property cleanup completed this week by Dave & Kirsten with Four Hands Property Services!

We were called in by Dayne Peterson - Property Manager- Squire Property Management Inc to get this Nutana property back under control, and this one required a full-scale exterior cleanup over several days.

The work included:

🚛 Removal and hauling of accumulated debris
♻️ Compost Depot and City Landfill runs for removed unwanted yard items and vegetation
🍂 Raking and general yard cleanup

✂️ Edging and trimming
🌳 Hedge shaping and selective tree trimming
🌾 Grass cutting
🐝 Wasp nest treatment and removal

Monthly plans start at $199/month, with options for single, double and larger driveways. Service is automatically scheduled after approximately 2.5 cm (1 inch) of new snowfall, so there’s no need to call after every storm.

Driveways, sidewalks, walkways and steps can all be included depending on the package.

If you’re planning to spend part of the winter somewhere warmer, Four Hands Property Services is now offering Snowbird Home Watch & Snow Removal services throughout Saskatoon and area.

Our family-operated service is designed to give homeowners peace of mind while they’re away. Scheduled Home Watch visits are personally completed by David and Kirsten, with documented checks, photo reporting, direct communication, and snow removal options available.

Depending on the package you choose, services can include:
- Weekly or twice-weekly Home Watch inspections
- Interior temperature checks
- Visual checks for obvious water leaks or moisture
- Exterior property checks
- Mail and flyer collection
- Dated photo documentation
- Contractor/service access coordination
- Automatic snow removal after qualifying snowfall

Packages start at $299/month.

🌿 Property #2 — Another West-End Yard Refresh Complete! 🌿

Four Hands Landlord Support also completed a full yard refresh at the second property belonging to our valued customers, Jourdy and Rhyan. Both properties are now cleaned up and ready for ongoing monthly maintenance!

Yesterday’s work included:

✅ Lawn mowing and edging
✅ Leaf raking and seasonal debris removal
✅ Tree removal
✅ Flower-bed and rock-bed weeding
✅ Gravel raking and levelling
✅ W**d management
✅ Fresh topsoil and grass seed
✅ Ground levelling following edging repairs
✅ Grade improvement beside the garage using fresh soil
