LOT CLEANING - Tuesday, May 26th
1:00 p.m. We ask that all vehicles are removed off the lot before 1:00 p.m. and do not return until after the equipment and crew have left. Any vehicles that are not removed, will be towed at the condo owners expense $100.

Sorry for the confusion, but tonight from 1-2 am is when you are asked to not flush your toilet or run water. 🤷‍♀️

Lot cleaning is happening tomorrow as far as we know, so remember that all vehicles must be moved off the complex before 11:00 am. Failure to do so will result in the vehicle being towed which costs $100. 🚙

Such a great time was had at Foxhaven's first Treasure Swap and BBQ luncheon! There was a steady trickle of residents who walked on over to the clubhouse, browsed through all the free donated items and grabbed something yummy to eat. There were also some pretty tense co****le competitions! Looking forward to next year with more treasures and food all while enjoying some great company.

Please be aware owners and residents of Foxhaven Terrace. A coyote was spotted on our property early this morning. Coyotes will go after cats and small dogs that are tethered outside. There is also a danger of mange or rabies. Please be cautious.
