You may have noticed that we have not been posting as much on this page lately. Well I (Rhonda Lavoie) have converted my personal profile to a professional profile and have been posting over there. Honestly, its exhausting trying to keep on top of all of the different platforms especially if you have multiple profiles and pages. So to simply things and to be able to provide you with great, consistent content I have moved everything over there. I would love it if you followed me Rhonda Lavoie.

Today I celebrated 11 years in the business! Although real estate is full of ups and downs I can't imagine going back to the 9-5 job.

I love:

- getting to know and help so many people
- trying new things to build my business
- that no 2 transactions are alike so boredom isn't possible
- being home when Brielle goes to school and often when she gets home.
- being able to volunteer at her school during the day.
- not having to ask the boss for a day off
- learning to adapt and change with the market
- the possibility to scale my business to a new level.
- collaborating with my peers
- collaborating with industry partners
- to dare to dream big
- when someone refers a friend or family member to me

things I don't love:
- when deals crash (thankfully it doesn't happen very often for me)
- the months with zero transactions which means no pay
- the extreme highs and lows emotionally.

THANK YOU to my clients, family and friends for all of your support. over the last 11 years.

Well that was way more frustrating then it needed to be!!

I have been having troubles with my mic the last little while. Today I was able to get it connected and working, recorded the entire podcast episode, went to edit and I had great video but ZERO audio! Gah!

So take 2 I recorded the intro, tested it, yep it worked ok. then continued and recorded the rest of the episode. Went to edit I had audio for the first 5 or so minute and then ZERO audio!! Double Gah!

Ok I may have used bigger words then Gah! but you get the idea!

So take 3 I ditched the mic and recorded with my computer mic. I figure, done but with pour audio is much better then not done at all!

If anyone has a Mic that they aren't using and are interested in donating to the podcast please let me know!
