Amusingly, when I contacted her to recall our acquaintance, she informed me that she was an egg customer who collected her order from our place! I really forgot because she said I was busy at the garage selling clothings when they came. Eventually she was my friend in Socmed, friends were asking why do I have to sell eggs, earning $1 per tray😀, selling is not just for money! It’s how to build realationship & connection!

Ericson and Cherry Ann celebrate a major milestone – finding their dream home with a basement suite that will significantly offset their mortgage payments. Just $OLD:
It was an incredible feeling & grateful working with this young couple, the same age my kids whom I appreciated the most!

In late October, I received a message in Tagalog from someone on my social media messenger, telling me that they are interested in buying a house. I quickly replied, and although we were friends on social media, I don’t know her personally. I stalked her profile & noticed we came from the same province & language. I asked her how we became friends & she don’t know either❤️.
I then told her all the steps in buying a house & warned them about the tough market, they told me that they were interested a house with basement suite to help them in their mortgage! So adviced then to be patient unless they found their dream home.

The most I appreciated most is how they come up with their plan to buy a house. The wife came her on her own as student visa and her husband followed on 2023, their goal was to buy a house before anything else! They both had their driver’s licenses but chose not to have a car yet, they plan to have assets first not liabilties!
