• Perform duties and tasks in multi-storey, multi family building complex such as maintenance and cleaning.
• Conduct daily walk arounds and respond to tenant calls.
• Be on call 24/7 for periods of time.
• Spot clean common areas when necessary.
• Clean apartments and prepare them for new tenants.
• Keep Building entrances clear of snow and de-ice when necessary.
• Prepare empty units for new tenants (cleaning and rent ready checklists).
• Fill in for Maintenance person during vacations and every third weekend.
• Option to reside in owner-provided apartment or within 10 KM. Compensation is adjusted depending on apartment size.

Skills:
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Proven cleaning and customer service experience.
• Proven ability to complete general building repairs.
• Experience in multi-residential setting is an asset.
• Competently use computers, cellphone, and computer Software.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to move appliances, furniture, and similar items.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Have a valid Ontario driver’s license and own/operate insured vehicle.
• Able to successfully pass a criminal record check.
