Earth-Management Resources Ghana (Savannah Region) www.earthmanherbals.ca, Email; [email protected]; Our Joint Venture Agricultural Development Projects Partners, “One Farmer, One Acre, One Partner” Our goal is to developing 1,000 (of the targeted 10,000) acres in Damongo, and the Savannah region within 24 month of commencing now for the 2025 seasons, named as Earthman Farms COOP and Zion-Trust Investments Damongo Estates, in the Damongo region, with development access to allocated lands with an available area of seven (7) Miles squared property, with a natural lake, with leads to the great Volta River. The Estates is divided to accommodate land grants and Agri developers’ neighbours, and or investment partners
Earth Management Resources & Developments, A division created by, and/or on behalf of Earthman Herbals Ltd Canada, will be under contract as the designated property development and planning contractors to the Regional Council. Partnering with the Chief Council and Damongo Social Welfare Officer, The Savannah Farmers Association, other corporate participators, various ministries of The Government of Ghana, and mostly to the farming community, in their work and commitments in developing the agricultural lands, with the assurance granted with the produce buyback or, supplier contract with Earthman Corporation. Earthman Corporation and Development Partners will also develop and execute residential, industrial, and commercial development land sites and areas for feasible land for community and residential development projects.
THE FREE FOR USE LAND GRANTS, “RIGHTS OF ABODE” IN THE SAVANNAH REGION, OF NORTHERN GHANA, WEST AFRICA, ARE FOR AFRICAN DESCENDANTS TO RESIDE AND INVEST IN THE SAVANNAH REGION. THIS BY ROYAL INVITATION IS A CONCESSION TO RETURNING OR INVESTING IN AFRICA AND IN AFRICANS, AT HOME AND ABROAD, TO FILING THIS CLAIM TO THE BENEFITS OF AFRICANS BOTH AT HOME AND ABROAD!, TO OUR PRESENT SECURITY AND THE FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR COMMUNITIES.
This is an open invitation to all Africans and their descendants located globally to "freely" return and or repatriating family’s access to crown lands in West Africa, Ghana, located in the Savanna Region for free of charges for “rights to claims” to possess and to developing the land(s), to the building of homes, business complexes, manufacturing and other industries.
To further providing additional lands for all agricultural development projects, in partnership with the peoples by way of creating employment and to increasing the production of our agri businesses to meeting the growing world demand for foods and other natural commodities that can be produced within the region!!
*The land is free to use* and own based upon qualification, and will require a land maintenance fee, (U.S.$100 per Acre, per annum) paid to the Chief and City Councils, for providing the required amenities on the lands to include; water, roads and electricity, for the agricultural and residential developments lands.
The conditions and associated fees are as follows.
*Note: There is a one-time processing fee of U.S.$100 per application submitted
The land is free to use and titleable after the initial 5 years of occupation, or upon full payment of 5 years' maintenance fees paid in full*; The land lease and maintenance charges. Fees are payable to the Gonja Council. Also note that all lands procured must be developed within the first 24 months (2years) of being granted possession.
*This investment opportunity is open to all individuals or parties regardless of race, religion, or of non-African origins, will have access to participating in the investment opportunities, and or will have the option to lease lands (99years) under this program as well as to purchase the lands at market values outright.
*Development conditions*
Conditions of land developments will always apply, even when with land is fully purchased and owned.
*Please note: Failure to commence land developments within the required timelines will cancel the lease* and therefore, from lands and liabilities will be transferred to other applicants.
*(Full Refunds are considered with the deductions of the cancellation fees if any)
** However, the rights to possess land titles of ownership under this free land grant are reserved exclusively for repatriating African descendants, families, and generations, to freely possess the lands and community.
This great opportunity is being provided by Royal decree by the King and the Chief Council in the Savanna Kingdom. The land grant gives access to the lands without price of values, or charge of lands, and is specifically offered to *Black Africans* and their descendants, locally, regionally, and internationally.
