There’s no better feeling in real estate than seeing your clients completely speechless when you share the good news — especially when that news is securing what’s arguably one of the best deals in the area over the past few months.

I first met these amazing buyers at an open house a few weeks ago. They reached out earlier this month saying I left a strong impression — and chose me to represent them after meeting several other agents including their past representative as well.

After multiple showings, we narrowed down their ideal property — but the challenge was real. The perfect condo was over 900 sq. ft., with 2 parking spots and 3 lockers, yet priced beyond their target budget.

That’s when the real work began. Even in a buyer’s market, true results come from strategy, persistence, and the willingness to fight for your clients. After two weeks of tough negotiations, I secured the unit for far less than any current comparable in the area and $109,900 less than what the sellers originally expected.

This property was initially listed at 949,000 earlier this year. After sitting on the market with high expectations, it was eventually relisted at 799,000.

Typically, when there are multiple offers, buyers end up offering above the list price. But even with two offers on the table, my buyer clients secured this home for 19,000 below the asking price. This is where working with a realtor who truly understands the market and what buyers can realistically afford, makes all the difference. 🙌
