This Week I had the opportunity to take a course led by some amazing ladies about Farm Transition…. The answer they taught us is everyone is different!!! But not talking about it could be worse for so many reasons like taxes,affordability and future plans. We can’t be like our grandparents and wait till the will is read. There’s simply too much as stake.
