We have done a lot of site prep and the location to build is cleared and ready. A large pad has been made out of shot rock and crushed gravel - excellent driveway and great views of the river.
This lot has an ideal building site about 150' off the main road. The driveway continues to the water and you have lots of potential for a wharf or floats. This lot is 8.2 acres and 422' of water frontage. The power line is now along the road at Lot # 52 and the power line right of way is cut and ready for the first pole by Nova Scotia Power (free).
The driveway to the water was used 100 years ago by the settlers in Goldenville on their way to Sherbrooke across the ice. In summer they went by boat from the wharf on lot 51. Lots of history.
