Happy birthday Dad!! Today would have been my Dad’s 67th birthday. ❤️

Three weeks since we said goodbye, and I still can’t believe this is our life now. I’m so sad, I’m angry, and I still can’t understand how someone who loved life as much as my Dad did could be taken from us so soon.

He was my Dad, but he was also such a huge part of everything in my life. Every trip, every adventure, every decision, every celebration, every moment with my four babes — Dad was there. He was always ready for the next adventure, the next fishing trip, the next place to travel, or simply another reason to have all of us together.

He loved his family so fiercely, and we loved him just as fiercely back. I think that’s why losing him hurts this much.

There will never be anyone like him, and nothing will ever fill the space he left behind. I would give anything for one more birthday with him.

So today we celebrate our Dad and Grandpa. The adventures, the laughs, the stories, the love and this incredible life we were so lucky to share with him.

Heartbroken to share that my beautiful Dad, Michael, passed away on Sunday. ❤️

I don’t know how to do life without him. Every decision, every trip, every big moment — he was part of it. He was the person I called, the person I wanted to tell, the person whose opinion mattered more than anyone’s.

And now I’m supposed to figure out how to keep doing all of those things without him.

But what breaks my heart the most is my four babes having to do life without their Grandpa. He loved them so deeply, and they absolutely adored him. Every game, every trip, every story, every adventure — Grandpa was just always there.

I already miss him in a million little ways. I miss his voice. I miss calling him. I miss knowing he was there.

I was his girl, and I always will be.

I love you forever, Dad. I have no idea how we’re going to do this without you. ❤️

I love that we get to celebrate you, Harvey, and Alex all together every year. We had babies at the same time, and now we’re raising seven crazy kids side by side.

You’re the hardest-working person I know, the one who plans everything, keeps us all together, and somehow always gets us where we need to be.
