Which are you using to clean up and combat mold, vinegar or bleach?
According to several inspectors and restoration companies I've spoken with over the years, VINEGAR should be your go-to cleaner for mold. The added water content and phosphates contained in bleach can actually help to promote mold. Wishing you a clean, dry, and mold free day.

Proud moment on my last deal.

I stayed up till 2:00 a.m. combing through condo documents and inspection reports to put together a comprehensive proposal I used to negotiate $7,000 back into the hands of my buyer.

It was my 'smallest' deal of the year but I strive to work hard for all my clients equally and it was definitely the biggest deal for my 1st time buyer.

The excitement and gratitude when I got to hand them the keys to their new home made me so happy and proud. It's my favorite part of the job. I love to make people cry happy tears. I love sharing in the happiness while we walk around the house and talk about the improvements they can now afford to make.

My heart is full.
