I’m Nathan, and I’m focused on helping clients make confident, well informed decisions when it comes to buying or selling a home.

Before getting into real estate, I spent over 20 years in software development, digital transformation, and post-secondary education. That experience shaped how I approach this work today, with a structured, practical mindset and a focus on helping you make sense of what can often feel like a complex process.

Over the years, I’ve also gained hands-on experience with residential and commercial construction projects, gone through a new build process with my family a few times, and lived the realities of acreage ownership.
