APRIL MARKET STATS ARE OUT!

“Our spring market has unmistakably declared its arrival with the influx of new listings and rising inventory. April marked the first time in a while that our current inventory has been on par with or higher than last year’s levels,” says REALTORS® Association of Edmonton 2025 Board Chair Darlene Reid.

Here’s a little breakdown:

- April sales were down 13% from the year before.
- There were 4.8% more homes listed than the previous year.
- The average sale price was $470,447.

MARCH MARKET STATS ARE OUT!

“The marked increase in sales and new listings means the busy season has arrived, and with prices on the rise, it’s a great time to be on the seller’s side,” says REALTORS® Association of Edmonton 2025 Board Chair Darlene Reid.

Here’s a little breakdown:

- March sales were up 1.3% from the year before.
- There were 7.5% more homes listed than the previous year.
- The average sale price for a home was $438,100
