DECEMBER MARKET STATS ARE OUT!

“As we wrapped up 2024, Edmonton's real estate market remained strong, with steady price growth and increased sales activity compared to last year,” says REALTORS® Association of Edmonton Chair Melanie Boles.

Here’s a little breakdown:

December sales were up 17.2% from the year before.
New listings decreased by 7.3% compared to December 2023.
The average sale price was $435,549, a 12.2% increase year-over-year.

NOVEMBER MARKET STATS ARE OUT!

“The numbers reflect that the housing market is ready for its winter break while buyers and sellers focus on the holidays,” says REALTORS® Association of Edmonton 2024 Board Chair Melanie Boles. “With early whispers of a busy spring market in 2025, now is the time for savvy property owners and investors to engage a REALTOR® and start making plans for the year ahead.”

Here’s a little breakdown:

- November sales were up 18.4% from the same month last year
- There were 1.4% more homes listed than last November
- The average sale price was $436,401
