🚨Summer weekday matinees start on Friday June 26! 🚨
During the summer you can enjoy matinees here at your local independent cinema every day of the week (except Monday). Something to keep in mind if you're joining us for a matinee: Norfolk County enforces its 2 hour street parking limit every day except Sundays and if you're parked on the street for longer than 2 hours you might get a parking ticket.
Perhaps you've gone to your calculator and done the math and realized that it's almost impossible to park, get movie tickets, get snacks, watch a standard length movie, then get back to your car in less than 2 hours. Believe us, we know. So to help you avoid being ticketed for your decision to spend time and money in downtown Simcoe, here are our suggestions for parking lots with longer parking limits:
- municipal parking lot on Argyle St, beside Riversyde 83. This lot is 300 metres from our front door (4 minute walk)
- municipal parking lot on Talbot St North, beside Talbot Gardens arena. This lot is only 250 metres from our front door
- municipal parking lot accessible from both Colborne St North and Kent St N, a mere 150 metres from our front door. Note: this lot is very small and fills up early in the day
