A little sunshine, crisp fall air, and another step closer to home🍂

Our crew soaked up a beautiful fall day at Lot 17, installing composite deck boards on the covered back deck of this Roclyn model. Paired with a black Regal railing, it’s a clean, low-maintenance finish that comes standard in every Campbell home.

Days like this make it pretty easy to love where we live.

Downtown Smiths Falls on a sunny day, historic buildings, busy sidewalks, local shops and restaurants, and the leaves are just starting to show off. There probably aren’t too many days like this left before the really cold weather settles in, so we’re soaking them up while we can.

We’re proud to build here, work here, support local, and be part of a community with so much character and history. Finding the right home is about more than the house itself, it’s about finding a community that feels like home, too.

Once again, the event is completely sold out! We’ll see you this Thursday, October 1 at 5:00 PM at the Smiths Falls Golf & Country Club for an evening of gorgeous purses, live and silent auctions, and a whole lot of fun, all while raising funds for mentoring programs that help local kids and youth thrive right here in our community.
