Summer can actually be a great time to buy a home, especially if you’re willing to keep looking while other buyers take a step back. ☀️⛱️

Between vacations, kids being out of school, and busy summer schedules, there can be less competition for certain properties.

Homes that have been sitting on the market may also have sellers who are more open to discussing price, dates, or conditions. 🏡
