The latest numbers are in, and the Victoria market is finding a really nice balance right now. Not overly competitive, not slow—just a more steady, comfortable pace that’s opening up opportunities on both sides.

Here’s the quick picture:
Sales are up 11.1% from last month, and inventory has grown 13.8%—which means more options for buyers, while pricing remains relatively stable.

📈 A few highlights:

• 643 homes sold in April

• Condo demand continues to rise (+5.9% year-over-year)

• 331 single-family homes sold, holding steady

• 3,710 active listings, up 8.3% from last year
