A couple common questions that we (Glen Tosh & Stacie Murphy) are getting asked lately is:
- How do we go about working with the both of you?

My favorite four letter word… it’s LOVE 🤍 What can I say, I’m a hopeless romantic!

My second favorite, you guessed it; SOLD! Theres something so special about getting a call from a new client asking if you’ll represent them in their purchase. In a small towns, everyone sort of knows everyone but when you start to talk, you find out truly how small the world can be and if anyone knows me, you know I like to talk.. well we found out that my great grandparents raised his great uncle 😆 wild I know!

Anyways, moments like these are the moments I love, I cherish and am grateful to get to know my clients; what their plans are for their home or in this case, for this lot! Lots are very exciting because I know they’ll be a full story, fresh starts and changes to come! Thank you again for calling me and congratulations on this next chapter! There is truly something unmatchable than representing buyers grow their farms, even more special when it’s my best friends! First off knowing that we will live closer to one another again (real soon 🤞🤍🤍) and second off being apart of this dream; just simply getting that feel good feel of a family farm expanding! This possession day might have been a few hours later then we had hoped but still earlier then the original plan. Anyways, congratulations guys and thank you for for having me as your REALTOR®️again, it’s truly a pleasure working with you guys and I wish you all the best! Time after time, I share with you guys how much I love this career and am lucky to be in a line of work that I get to enjoy so much! Today my schedule changed about 3 times and truthfully that’s likely why I love it so much🥰 From possessions, seeing a new house, volunteering, pre-inspections aka baby cuddles to the ball diamonds. It was a great day!

This possession was a unique one, as every deal is! I actually showed this house the morning we were supposed to fly out to France. Anyways time passed and my buyer always had her vision for this home! I am so excited to see how she puts her touches on it 😍😍 and enjoys it for the many years to come!
