Ned's Landing Luxury Condominiums

Ned's Landing Luxury Condominiums Ned's Landing at Spry Point (formerly The Inn at Spry Point) is set at the tip of a peninsula with over 9000 feet of beautiful shore front.

We completely renovated to create seven two-bedroom condominiums ranging from 1248 to 2055 sq feet. Arriving at Spry Point is a feast for the eyes. As you drive down Spry Point Road, the110-acre peninsula looms in front of you. Ours is a pastoral ambiance, with fields rolling down to the sea, red cliffs and white sandy beaches setting the tone for outdoor activities such as birding and beach walks

, and there are several kilometers of hiking trails surrounding Spry Point. Or, for those more inclined to sit and relax on your balcony with a glass of wine and some good company, the view will be your draw. We are set at the tip of a peninsula with over 9000 feet of beautiful shore frontage, virtually surrounded by privacy and water that you can only dream about. Serving breakfast daily, the dining room offers a casual environment in an elegant setting. We can arrange to reserve our guests dinner at our sister property, The Inn At Bay Fortune (a short drive to the East). The accommodations at the Inn are elegant without being too frilly or formal, with king beds in all our 15 guest rooms (11 with private balcony and 4 with garden terrace). Some rooms and all common areas are air-conditioned. The beauty, atmosphere and scenery of the Island are reflected in the interior decorating with soft peaceful colours. The Inn At Spry Point is a spectacular setting for a wedding and the perfect romantic getaway for honeymooners and retirees alike. Executives will find our facilities ideal for business meetings, incentive travel programs and corporate retreats. Spry Point's goal is to provide superior service, the utmost in privacy and always the finest quality in accommodations and the dining experience. The Inn at Spry Point is just a short drive from the ferry terminal to Quebec's Madelene Islands and less than an hour from both Wood Islands ferry terminal and Charlottetown.

Sunsets and sunrises have been pretty impressive, here's an example. The down side is recognizing that part of the reason is the effects of forest fires and what it does to air quality.

Summer kicked off this weekend with great temperatures, beach weather, the Bluegrass Festival at the Dundas Plowing Match grounds and the Wine Bar at Spry Point with local cheeses, cured meats and Colville Bay Oysters

The trail is back! Nature has a way of covering things up, but after a lot of hard work this winter, our guests will again be able walk the trail around the perimeter of Spry Point.

Another beach day today, 24 degrees forecast and sunny skies. Timing the swim for when the tide goes out should extend swimming for quite a while as long as we get days like today!

Catching our breath after what was the busiest season in over a decade. There is always a short lull coming into Labour Day Weekend and the ladies here deserve both recognition for an amazing job this summer and a well deserved break for the long hours and dedication to our guests. Thank you Glenda, Diane, Dessie, Natalie, Sandra, and Barbara!

A beautiful day, warm, sunny, with a strong wind from the west, time for the Adirondack Chairs overlooking Sally's Beach a cold beer and a cigar! Happy Father's Day!

Finally, the forecast looks like it is going to dry out and warm up for the weekend and through next week. It should be a good time for a tour of the Points East Coastal Drive, stop in during your tour and check out the Wine Bar Menu and the view.
