The best part?
The SOLD and CLOSED are great but seeing and feeling the excitement the buyers have when they walk onto their property for the first time as owners is the best part!

Every sale in this business is completely unique. After months of collaborating with a 5-star client, it’s always a little bittersweet preparing to say goodbye. 🏡✨
I’ve spent so much time in this house, a place that radiates peace and calm, that leaving the space (and wrapping up our regular updates) definitely pulls at the heartstrings!
That said, I am beyond thrilled for my client as they embark on this exciting new journey, and I wish them nothing but a beautiful life ahead in their next chapter. 🔑🥂

After working in this heat and recovering (day 3) of accidentally glutening myself, I am craving a yummy iced tea. My go-to is Genuine Tea Co herbal tea sweetened with my cousin Melissa’s honey.
