Electric heat 101.....this post is for the younger generation who don't understand an electric thermostat....you need to turn that dial to 20...this means 20 degrees Celsius. Setting it lower will NOT heat your apartment or even warm up the rads

I have recieved a great deal of calls from people thinking about purchasing rental property in my immediate area. MOST of these people are from larger cities thinking you can purchase a house like this one below and charge 2000 to 2200 per month for rent. This is NEVER going to happen. Prior to Covid this house would have gotten 1000 plus per month. With the housing shortage you "might" get 1200.

The higher priced rentals MUST have central air, washer, dryer fridge, stove, dishwasher and have decent sized rooms as well as a finished basement and not electrically heated.

Please be very careful on what you purchase and what you are told.

I've been in this business for more than 35 years now, I would hope I know what I'm talking about by now
