The final chapter of Redbridge is here.

Building 1 received occupancy on April 15, and residents are already beginning to settle in. With substantial completion now reached across the site, the final townhouse occupancy walkthrough is underway this month.

The last details are being refined on site, while landscaping and planting continue to bring the outdoor spaces to life.

It's been a journey to get here, and we're proud to see this community come together. Stay tuned for the final updates as Redbridge reaches completion!

Whether you're looking for a quick escape or a few hours in nature, Squamish has some incredible easy trails to explore this season. Here are a few of our favourites to add to your list:

🌲 Shannon Falls: 1.2 km (30–60 min)
🌲 Squamish Estuary Trail: 4.3 km (1–2 hrs)
🌲 Jack's Trail 2.1 km: (20–40 min)
🌲 Four Lakes Trail 6.5 km: (2–3 hrs)

Fresh air, stunning views, and no summit required. The perfect way to welcome the season.

We're excited to share the latest progress on-site, brought to life by our partners at Darwin Construction.

Building 1 is now in its final stages, with interior teams focused on system integration to ensure all life safety systems are fully operational. Exterior work is being finalized, including remaining cladding, civil work and landscaping.

Outdoor areas are also beginning to take shape as Horizon Landscaping advances the courtyard and playground.

The commercial rental space is nearing completion, with final finishes underway and tenant occupancy anticipated this summer.

Following occupancy of Building 1, the townhomes are expected to be completed shortly after.
