Elevate is a growing strata management company providing professional property management services to condominium and strata communities across British Columbia.

We are looking to hire an individual with accounting experience in Strata Management that has condominium/strata accounting experience. This role involves working closely with property managers, strata councils, and owners to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with strata rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for strata corporations.
* Manage strata banking, reconciliations, and financial reporting
* Process GST Filings
* Process GL Postings
* Ensure compliance with the Strata Property Act and related regulations

Requirements:
* Must have a minimum of 1+ years of strata/condominium accounting experience (REQUIRED)
* Strong understanding of the British Columbia Strata Property Act
* Experience with specific accounting software (e.g.,Quickbooks and Beanworks)
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Strong communication and client service skills
* Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
