Over the past four months I’ve had my feet planted in two very different worlds, and I’m excited to finally have the space to tell you about it!
I’ve always worked on a gut feeling when it comes to real estate. This summer, my gut told me to purchase a rural Squamish property and turn it into my dream family farm. About two days after I signed the contract, I committed to adopting two yearling rescue horses from Second Chance Cheekye Ranch. We moved in at the end of July, with the horses due to move to the property the following month. The only issue was that our dream family farm didn’t even have fences yet. We did, however, have a large old sawmill, a machine shop, and a vision of what it could be. I always tell my clients that location and function are the most important words in real estate, and while we’d found the perfect location, the property functioned completely differently for the previous owners. So we got to work, and continue to create a space that will function for us. In between building paddocks and mucking stalls, I continue to help my clients realize their own real estate goals. Send me a message to get started!
