❗️SOLD❗️ Congratulations 🎉 to PS on the sale of his condo at The Spectacle!

This one took a LONG time - 7 months! But we persevered and in the end, the perfect buyer came around and saw what a great space this is. And what took 7 months to sell closed in only 6 days. What?! Yes, 6 days (technically 4 business days). That’s an example of another bonus to buying in a slower market such as what we are experiencing now. Normally, the lawyers and notaries are slammed and need a lot more time to process these transactions but they pulled it all together seamlessly for us in extremely short order.

Thank you to Sasha Kalianov of Latitude Realty for bringing the Buyer. We had a little hiccup early on but worked together to get it across the finish line.

📊Summer Stats!📊

They’re long overdue but here are the stats from summer in the Sea to Sky.

We have seen blips and surges of activity here and there but the detached market is the one where we are seeing the biggest drop in terms of price and activity. As rates continue to remain status quo, affordability remains top of mind and homes in the upper prices are harder and harder for the average family to afford.

Buyers continue to be very selective and Sellers continue to dig their heels in. Because of this, many transactions are tricky these days, so this is where it’s key to work with a realtor who can provide you with details and insight into the local market, have the ability to communicate clearly without emotions muddying the waters, and have the confidence to negotiate on your behalf.

❗️SOLD❗️Congratulations 🎉 to JK & KM on the purchase of their new home in Valleycliffe!

To say this one was a bit of a struggle would be an understatement, but with determination, hard work, and some behind the scenes collaboration, we got there. Removing subjects felt bittersweet but then there was a small gesture of humanity that ended with a nice little turn of events at the 11th hour.
