We are currently seeking a Lawn Care Specialist to join the AYS crew. Hours available are 40-50 hours per week. Additional hours may be available if interested.
Typically weekends off (weather permitting)
Rate of pay dependent on experience. Pay is bi-weekly (on Friday) via direct deposit. Position is subject to a 1 week probationary period.
Must be fluent in English, listen to and follow instructions. Must enjoy working outdoors and Strong attention to detail is an asset. Drivers license is not a requirement as pick up and drop off is on a major bus route (Unicity) however, must have government accepted photo idea.
Commercial/Professional Residential experience preferred however not required.
Equipment used are commercial self-propelled push mowers and zero turn riding mowers, commercial trimmer, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
cutting and trimming of lawns, blowing off walkways, litter pick up, weeding edging and hoeing of flower and shrub beds.
must be able to start immediately and position will continue until end of Oct. with the possibility of winter work.
We are located in St. Francois Xavier however, all work is done in the city of Winnipeg.
