BEWARE BEWARE !!!!!!

I had one of my listings re-posted at half the price with a bogus phone number given. When a gentleman called on the property they asked for a $50 application fee, came back to him and told him that he was successful and wanted an $800 down payment to secure the rental property.
This is happening a lot and apparently many people are falling prey to it.

PLEASE call the listing realtor or if you are working with a realtor reach out to them to check on any property you may be interested in for sale or lease.

UPDATE: We have postponed going live with the Under Contract status due to the impact Hurricane Ian may have on some of the Corelogic team involved in the project. They are living in parts of the United States that Hurricane Ian is forecast to hit in the coming hours and days.

To make sure the launch runs smoothly and in consideration of the threat from the hurricane they face, we decided to delay going live for what we hope will be a few days.

We will re-assess on Monday based on what happens over the next few days and let members know where things stand at that point. As the bulk of the work on the change is done, we expect a delay of a few days but we will confirm the new date for implementation on Monday.
