Just Checking In…

There are some things as Real Estate Agents that we think are common knowledge, but I just wanted to check in and make sure you know these four things. Especially number 4 😉

☀️August Photo Dump ☀️

August was a month of road trips and slow mornings! We had such a fun time visiting splash pads and pools around the city.

While I’ll miss the slow moving time of the summer, I’m excited for the fall to come and all the busyness that comes with a new season!

Are you excited for fall? 🍁

Come visit Salmonier Nature Park with me!

A summer staple for many families on the east coast of the island! We had such a great time visiting Salmonier, our daughter loved seeing the animals, in fact, she was so excited she didn’t want to stay in her stroller!

Real Estate is a business built on reputation and recommendations. That’s why I’m so grateful when my friends and family recommend my business.

What would your cat ask for in a house?

I know Nugs would ask for a big window to lay out in the sun, tons of trees outside so she could see birds, and a room all to herself so our dog Fries wouldn’t be able to get to her!

Let me handle all of your real estate needs!

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you reach out. One of my favourite parts about this job is being able to help people.

I can help make the home buying process feel less overwhelming, and more fun!

Our first run!

I’ve wanted to become a runner for a while now, and I’m finally starting my journey! This summer myself and my mom decided to complete the Couch to 5k program together. We have both really been enjoying the runs and we have signed up for a 5k together later this fall!

It’s kinda chic to make smart real estate decisions!

Kinda chic when you get to call St. John’s home, especially when you get to help others do the same.

Whether you are buying your first home, upsizing, downsizing or just thinking about your next move having a local expert can make all the difference.

My DMs are always open if you are thinking about buying, selling or just have any questions about the St. John’s real estate market!

What do you think is kinda chic?

Who doesn’t love an additional journal?

I’ve always been a person who needs to write things down, so last year I purchased an agenda from Staples. I promised myself that if I used it on a consistent basis for a year, then I could buy a fancy journal!

I’m so excited to start using my Hemlock & Oak (H&O) daily planner!

Do you use an agenda?
