In April, 638 homes were sold through LSTAR’s MLS® System. While sales were down 6.6% year over year, activity improved month over month with 52 more homes sold than in March.

The average sales price was $618,665, down slightly from the previous month. St. Thomas and Strathroy‑Caradoc saw notable month‑over‑month price increases.
