Maintenance request? Here’s how to help us help you 🛠️🏠

A good maintenance request can make it much easier for our team to understand the issue and get the right person on it quickly.

1. Submit your request through Buildium
This helps us keep everything organized and makes sure your request gets to the right place.

2. Be specific
Instead of “my sink is broken,” try:
“My kitchen sink is draining very slowly and backs up after about 30 seconds.”

3. Include photos or videos
If you can safely capture the issue, send a photo or video with your request. It can help us understand what’s happening before we arrive.

4. Let us know when it started
A few extra details can be helpful — when did you first notice it? Is it happening constantly or only sometimes?

5. Tell us if it’s affecting anything else
For example: Is there water leaking onto the floor? Is an appliance completely unusable? Is there a smell? The more context we have, the better.

6. Let us know about any pets
Some pets might feel more comfortable if we know their name or have treats ready for them. This helps our maintenance team know what to expect when entering your suite!

✨ The goal: Give us enough information to understand the problem, determine the urgency, and get the right solution in place.

🐾 Meet Finley 🐾

Our very first feline feature! 🐱 Finley arrived on move-in day a little nervous, but this long-haired fluffball is slowly coming out of his shell. With approximately 47 nicknames and enough fluff for days, he’s already made himself right at home. 🤍
