There’s something special about first time home buyers! With every house hunt comes a wave of emotion, whether that be uncertainty at moments, fear, excitement and it shifts as we move through conditions (ie. inspections), but it’s this moment right here when I feel the true excitement and readiness…Closing Day!

Yesterday marked our first closing for 2026 to this sweet couple who bought their first home! The excitement was real as they begin this chapter together and I am very grateful I was able to be there along the way.
