✨Things Are Happening on Ruby’s Way!🔨🏠

Phase 2 is coming along nicely, and we’re excited to show you how things are shaping up! These two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes are framed and at various stages of the exterior finish.

Each photo pair shows a home currently being built on Ruby’s Way, followed by a finished version of the same model from Phase 1 ➡️ so you can get a sense of what’s coming and what’s possible.

Big pour day up on Ruby’s Way! With the floors going in for three homes in Phase 2, the whole site was full of motion, machinery, and momentum. We love seeing this kind of progress and can’t wait to show you more as these homes take shape!

A little behind-the-scenes look at one of our current custom builds—these shots were taken over the past couple of months during the trim stage.

You’ll spot the fireplace feature wall in progress—first with the unit just installed by and covered in plastic, then later with the beautiful tile work and mantle in place (still a bit more to come there!). We also couldn’t help but share a peek at the stunning patio doors from —a perfect choice to bring in tons of natural light.

We’re now just days away from the final walkthrough, with closing set for next week—and we can’t wait to reveal the finished home. This one’s full of thoughtful details, and it’s been a joy to bring it to life for a wonderful family.
