Another makeover project is underway in Kanata. Thanks Kathy Clarke for allowing us to recreate your outdoor space! Excavation and the first raised bed has begun. We are using Borealis for our wall and curb design, Rosebel Slab with Villagio border for our patio and Maya Stepping stones for our walkway. Finishing touches include a water feature, upgraded sprinkler system, outdoor fireplace, privacy fencing and lighting.

Inground pool was removed from this yard last fall and the ground was left to settle over the winter in advance of an Astro Turf install this July. Armour stone and fence were installed last fall, and the raised beds were topped off this past weekend in preparation of greenery being added later on.

Outdoor kitchen exterior cedar stained to include... nails sunk, filled, sanded, decontamination wash and 2 coats of transparent. Patio extended around all 4 sides and finished with matching Flagstone, and Mondrian in Onyx to match bordering around the property. Just the inside of the kitchen left to finish!

It was another early spring start for this job in Almonte, ON, a beautiful, quiet place to work. We started by adding a new aggregate driveway and Mondrian 60 walkway, bordered by Guillotine Armour Stone, a matching walkway extending to a garden shed and rear woodshed, which was framed by Melville curb. We completed the project by adding topsoil, seeding for a new lawn - among numerous other clean-up jobs.

Wow, it's been a crazy season with hardly any time to make a post. Many projects are still in queue with some carrying over into 2025. Here's one of our most recent makeovers, with the pool being removed last week and the armour stone retaining wall going in today. Next season will see a large AstroTurf pad with curb, a patio and stepping stones.

Privacy fence was finished today. Shout out to Klukes Asphalt & Sealing, WRC Contracting & Milner & Sons.

Here's a nice little Raffinato Wall in Grey Nickle, capped with a Melville Coping in Rockland Black and topped off with 1.5 yards of premium soil that we just finished today. Dry wells installed in the bed and at the back of the house too. It was a hot week! Have a nice weekend:)
