🌷 After a long winter, Canada’s housing market is starting to thaw this spring! 🙌

📊 Prices are holding steady with a slight year-over-year dip, a sign of a more balanced start to the season.

🏡 More buyers are expected to re-enter the market this spring and summer, especially those with expiring pre-approvals. Overall, conditions are shaping up to be more balanced than we’ve seen in recent years.
