This is an example of what happens when you breaks your mortgage early !
Same rate ……
Same loan amount …….
Same term ……
This is why I stress so much that RATE is not the #1 question when it comes to your mortgage !
Life throws unexpected curve balls ⚾️ and sometimes we need to break our mortgage contract before the term is up
So look at the products differently / what’s the penalty this lender WILL charge ?!

No change for variant $ products

No change on the bank overnight lending investor rate : and or the Prime rate.
Prime still 4.45%
Which affects variable rate and adjustable mortgage products. Student loans. Car loans. Credit cards. Personal lines of credit and home equity lines of credit ( HELOCS)
