Another SOLD in the books!
This might have been one of the more challenging sales I’ve had. We listed, knowing these little properties are popular, thinking we’d likely get an offer right away.
And we did! Within days, we were pending! But unfortunately after three weeks, an extension and a lot of difficulty, the transaction fell apart 🥲
Two more offers came and went, unable to come to an agreement..
After a lot of discussion with my seller, we decided to take the property off the market over the holidays. Of course, just as we are about to do this, we get a showing request. Unsure if we were going to accept the request, I called my seller.. he said, what the hell, let them see it.
An offer comes rolling in.. it’s a good, solid offer! We try not to get too excited because as we know, things can change quickly.
But alas, here we are.. officially SOLD!
I am so grateful to my client for trusting me throughout this tumultuous transition. He’s the real MVP! I am honoured to have walked him through this transaction.
