Two reasons I often see:

1. Pieces were too small for the room size.
2. The layout interrupted how the room wanted to function.

By adjusting scale and reworking the seating plan, the whole room felt better and easier to use.

This is the part no one talks about after you move: the boxes are unpacked, the furniture is in, but the space still doesn’t feel right.

When a property is coming to market, I’m both excited and a little nervous to see the photos. It can be really easy for me to analyze and forget all the work that has gone into each staging 🙈🙈 🙈🙈🙈🙃
But to be fair, all properties turn out pretty darn great! 🎉

This is the first week my new team has experienced multiple stagings in a day and have had to choose (under time pressure) what each property needs on their own. Occupied properties can be difficult, especially when working with what is currently in the house. But they did amazing. I’m very proud of them!

Way to go team! 👏 👏 👏
