Please refrain from making any purchased until AFTER the mortgage closes! A lender can pull your credit prior to closing if any of the original information on the approval changes. Making big financial commitments such as a car or financing furniture, before closing on your home, may result in your mortgage going sideways. Always speak to your mortgage agent before adding any new debt before closing.
