ON-CALL PROPERTY MANAGER

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive On-Call Property Manager to oversee the management of rental properties on an as-needed basis. The On-Call Property Manager will be responsible for handling tenant inquiries, coordinating maintenance requests, performing property inspections, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. This role requires availability for emergency situations and the ability to respond quickly to property-related issues.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs with contractors.
• Conduct routine property inspections and ensure compliance with property standards.
• Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and key management.
• Address emergency situations (e.g., plumbing leaks, security issues) as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of property activities, maintenance requests, and tenant interactions.
• Communicate effectively with Director of Operations and provide regular updates.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in property management or a customer service field is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of basic property maintenance and repairs.
• Availability for on-call duties, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. Mileage paid.
Salary: $21 - $24/hour plus mileage
