🍂🦃 ONE WEEK UNTIL THANKSGIVING! 🦃🍂

There’s something about Thanksgiving that makes a house feel a little more like home. ❤️ The smell of something delicious in the oven, family and friends gathered around the table, and a chance to slow down and appreciate the people who make life special.

This year, I’m especially grateful for my wonderful clients, friends, family, and community. Thank you for your trust, your referrals, your support, and for allowing me to be part of some pretty important chapters in your lives. 🏡🥰

🏡 September in Strathmore — here’s what the numbers actually mean!

The September 2026 housing stats are in, and there’s some encouraging activity happening in our local market. 🍂

We saw 26 homes sold, up 4% from last September, while 45 new listings came onto the market. That means buyers have more homes to choose from — and sellers are still seeing homes move.

🏠 The benchmark price is $451,900, up 3.9% year-over-year.
🔑 There are 105 homes in inventory, up 5% from last year.
📊 And the $600,000–$699,999 range saw the most sales this September.

So what does this mean for you? More inventory can mean more choice and a little more breathing room for buyers, while steady sales and higher benchmark prices continue to give sellers reasons to pay attention.
